Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation Due To Error

We reserve the right to cancel transactions due to pricing or descriptive errors.

Refunds will be issued promptly in such cases.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Most products are printed to order and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.

Eligible items for return/exchange must be unused and in original packaging.

We reserve the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise.

Refunds are only available if no exchange solution is possible.

3. Refunds and Store Credit Requests

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Refunds are not available for change of mind.

4. Returns Postage

Returns postage is not provided for Australian or international orders.

5. Returns or Exchange Exclusions and Notes

Some exclusions apply, particularly for sale items and certain products like face coverings and socks.

6. Returns Process

Initiate returns or exchanges by contacting us at oshi.gallery@gmail.com with your order number and details.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

7. Return To Sender Orders

Unfortunately, we get charged return delivery fees for all orders that get returned to us. This means that when we reach out to you to let you know we have your order back, and to confirm your best postal address, postage will need to be paid again by the customer to ship the parcel back out. We hope you understand!

Return to sender items can only be held for up to 60 days, after which the order will be deemed abandoned.
